Fairbanks Concert Association has the following requirements to ensure the safe and successful return and continuation of live performances.

All performance attendees, regardless of age, must provide either proof of vaccination against COVID-19 completed at least two weeks prior to the event, or proof of a medically administered negative test result taken within 72 hours of the show. Proof of vaccination must be in the form of a vaccine card or a photo of a vaccine card and a matching photo ID. Tests must be medically administered; we are unable to accept results from home test kits.

In addition, masks are currently required for all guests, regardless of vaccination status or test result, in accordance with CDC and state guidelines for indoor gatherings in areas with Substantial or High community transmission. Currently, transmission levels in Fairbanks are High according to both the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Alaska’s Department of Health and Social Services.

Masks must be worn at all times while inside Lathrop High School or the Alaska Centennial Center for the Arts for an FCA event. All masks must completely cover the nose and mouth and comply with the CDC guidelines for acceptable face coverings. If you do not have a mask, FCA will have masks available at the door.

As we always have for all our events, we are allowing refunds on all tickets to accommodate those who are not willing or able to meet these requirements. Also, if you have recently tested positive for COVID-19, are waiting for COVID-19 test results, have COVID-19 symptoms, or if you have had close contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19 please stay home and request a refund. To receive a refund for your tickets, contact the FCA office at 474-8081.

These safety measures were created with the health and wellbeing of our artists, event employees and volunteers, production staff, audience, and the community always at the forefront. If the level of community transmission falls below Substantial, these requirements may be lifted. Due to the often changing public health environment, all rules and guidelines are subject to change. You can play a part in decreasing COVID-19 transmission levels in our community: wear a mask, get vaccinated, and stay safe.
